For a detailed description of the program and what is included in each section, download the RxM Brochure here.

To improve the performance of any operation, you have to build a culture that enables the people, processes, and technology to achieve great results. We call this “smart culture.”

Organizations that recognize the value of a smart culture are seeking leaders to help them achieve it. Reliability Excellence for Managers (RxM) prepares you to be that leader. Create a “smart culture” that enables your people, processes, and technology improvements towards excellence.

Many Fortune 500 companies have adopted LCE’s Reliability Excellence approach for reliability and asset management. Over the past decade, thousands of people from hundreds of organizations have completed RxM.

By creating a smart culture of reliability you can:

  • Increase equipment availability
  • Stabilize processes
  • Reduce waste
  • Improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • Lower maintenance cost
  • Reduce spare parts inventory

The RxM Experience
RxM will prepare you with strategies and tools to achieve these attributes through:

  • Detailed implementation guide that includes change management tools, sponsor attributes, coaching strategies, and metrics
  • Reliability process maps and tools
  • Responsibility charts and job descriptions
  • eLearning and an online repository of institutional knowledge
  • Through three 3-day classroom sessions and practical application over nine months

RxM offers the opportunity to interact with your peers and an Rx facilitator/coach as you share knowledge, discuss obstacles, and seek feedback on your reliability journey.

You will build a business case for Reliability Excellence. You will learn how leadership and culture impact a change initiative, and how to become a change agent to help keep your organization reliable, agile, and competitive. You will discover the business processes associated with world-class performance and build a plan to strengthen and stabilize the change for reliability. Between sessions you will transform classroom concepts into business results by completing on-the-job application assignments.
