Reliability & Asset Management Leader (RxM)

RxM Reimagined! Introducing the next evolution of excellence!

The Reliability & Asset Management Leader Certification program was inspired by our Reliability Excellence for Managers course and is backed by our university partners.

For nearly two decades, the Life Cycle Institute has set the standard for developing high-performing leaders through our groundbreaking Reliability Excellence for Managers (RxM) program. Thousands of professionals have walked away from RxM with more than just knowledge; they’ve returned to their organizations as catalysts for change.

But today’s challenges demand more than excellence — they demand certified leadership.

The Life Cycle Institute is proud to introduce the Reliability & Asset Management Leader Certification! It’s a new standard of leadership for those ready to take what they’ve learned and prove their ability to lead lasting change in reliability and operational excellence.

The RAM for Leaders certification program is three sessions over nine months. In this program, you’ll network with leaders from a variety of industries while your subject-matter expert coach shares practical skills and tools that reflect a strong commitment to reliability and asset management excellence. By completing the certification and its applied work product, you’ll develop capabilities that directly enhance your impact and increase your value to your organization.

As part of the RAM for Leaders program, you will:

    • build a business case for a reliability improvement program
    • learn leadership strategies to drive changes that keep your organization reliable, agile, and competitive
    • discover the business processes associated with world-class performance
    • build a plan to strengthen and stabilize the proactive culture of reliability

Just as the Reliability Excellence for Manager program prepared managers to seek performance improvements, the RAM for Leaders certification seeks powerful results like:

    • Increased equipment availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
    • Stable work processes and performance expectations
    • Reduced waste
    • Lower maintenance costs
    • Reduced spare parts inventory
