When you join the program, you’ll receive access to the LCEsmartr Playbook, LCE’s online reliability and maintenance toolkit, complete with:
- An implementation guide with change management tools
- Reliability process maps and
- Program tools
- eLearning and an online body of knowledge
The RAML Experience and Capstone:
Between and during sessions, you will transform classroom concepts into business results by completing application assignments that will culminate in a Capstone work product to achieve the credential. The work product includes:
- Operational assessment and improvement plans
- Organizational change elements
- Key performance indicator tracking
- Presentation and defense of results achieved
Upon successful completion of the work product element, you will receive a university certificate and have the privilege of using the RAML seal and letters beside your name.
