Principal Consultant with Life Cycle Engineering (LCE). LCE works with public and private enterprises to improve performance by implementing Reliability Excellence (Rx), continuous improvement, lean/six sigma, and organizational change management. As a principal consultant, I help guide clients and lead the company’s subject matter experts in delivering Rx. I have over thirty years of experience with demonstrated results in maintenance management, reliability engineering, small capital projects, manufacturing leadership, corporate reliability leadership, and consulting roles. My subject matter expertise is in reliability, safety, CMMS (MAXIMO, SAP) and organizational change management. Led change management projects in plant reliability improvement for clients in the cement and aluminum industries in the U.S., Australia, and Europe. Three plus years in Afghanistan providing facilities management support to Forward Operating Bases (FOB).
