Work Product Final Submission

Welcome to the Reliability Engineering Certification (REC) Work Product online submission process!

Please download the REC Work Product Guidelines document for specific
instructions on how to complete the work product, presentation requirements and
project scoring information.

Your work product scored documents will be:

1. PowerPoint Presentation
2. Word Document Report
3. Asset Criticality Tool
4. FMEA Tool

If you would like to get feedback on your work product before final submission, you can
enter a draft in Section 3.

Once you are ready to submit your final work product, please complete the work product
data entry form (section 2) and the final submission (section 4).
